What is the shelf life of Beauty of Joseon products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture and should be used within 12 months after opening. Please check the specific PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on your packaging.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Beauty of Joseon is a cruelty-free brand. While many of our products are vegan, some traditional Hanbang ingredients like honey or snail secretion filtrate may be used. Please refer to individual product pages for specific ingredient lists.
How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes between 10 to 20 business days. Processing times at our warehouse usually take 1-3 business days before the order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tested.
Are your sunscreens tested for SPF efficacy?
Yes, all our sunscreens, including the Relief Sun: Rice + Probiotics, undergo rigorous clinical testing in both South Korea and Spain to ensure they meet the advertised SPF and PA protection levels.
Can I use multiple serums in one routine?
Yes, our Hanbang serums are designed to be layered. We recommend applying them from the thinnest to thickest consistency, focusing on your specific skin concerns such as brightening, calming, or anti-aging.
